Pilar Munné is a dietitian from Barcelona, Spain, currently living in Miami, USA with her husband and daughter Mia. Following her passion for cooking, health and sustainable living she enrolled at The Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC to become a chef in sustainable and health-supportive cuisine. She does frequent collaborations with several magazines and on-line publications and in 2012 she published her first book  MISMOS ALIMENTOS…MENOS CALORIAS.
